In this section, you'll find extended profiles for each tarot card in a standard deck. It's important to note that the primary descriptions for the cards are based on the Rider-Waite-Smith deck, which means that the definitions may not match with your deck if it's not a RWS variant. Take our descriptions, definitions, and keywords as options for interpretation, not definitive answers for how you "must" or even "should" interpret a given card.

On each card's profile, you'll find a "standard" definition describing the card art and basic, generally-accepted meanings. You'll also find tips for interpretation and suggested interpretations for what a card might mean in a particular spread or as an answer to a particular question.
Eventually, you'll also find blurbs from contributors about the cards, too! Our contributors are all experienced diviners using decks from their personal collections to offer up unique insight, opinions, tips, and alternative meanings to tarot. The goal is to show you how you can really customize your interpretations and make tarot your own - and to inspire you to think outside the keyword box.
